Shawni Davis serves in Seattle as the Director of Growth for the Western Division of Apartment Life. If you don't know Apartment Life, it is an incredible ministry! Apartment complexes give reduced rent to Apartment Life workers who run their community events. Its a win win. The apartments get better retention rates from their tenants because of the friendships created, and Apartment Life workers get an opportunity to share Christ with their neighbors.
